My dream for The Joywell has always been to create a place where women in the family building years gather, share, and grow together, with the help of a trained mental health professional and coach. Creating and raising a family was never meant to be experienced or learned alone.
Having the support of other women in the same stage as you, as well as scientifically proven techniques to overcome challenges, can help improve your well-being by reducing feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, increasing connection and self-efficacy, and providing support and accountability for you to create the life you want and increase your well-being.
What we aim to do at The Joywell is to increase and expand upon your well-being. But what exactly is well-being? Some think of it as health. Others think about it as being happy.
